About Us

"We are animal rescuers. We take in the helpless, the unwanted, and the homeless. We are a quiet but determined army, making a difference every day. Nothing is more rewarding than saving a life. There is no greater joy than watching a once-frightened dog learn to trust, play, and love again. By the love of those we have been privileged to rescue, we have been rescued. Our work is never done. Our homes are rarely quiet, but our hearts are always full."

Because we do not operate a shelter, every dog enters the safety of a loving foster home. Our foster families provide the care, stability, and compassion each dog needs while helping us learn about their personality, behavior, and individual needs. This allows us to thoughtfully match each dog with the family where they will thrive.

Our mission is simple:

• Rescue dogs in need.
• Provide quality medical care and rehabilitation.
• Place each dog in a carefully selected, loving forever home.
• Support adopters to help ensure lifelong success.

We believe dogs are family. Every dog we place is expected to live as a cherished member of the household, not as an outdoor pet. Our adoption process includes an application, a phone interview, a home visit, and a meet-and-greet to ensure the best possible match for both the dog and the adopter.

Today, thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, foster families, donors, veterinarians, and adopters, hundreds of dogs have found the second chance they deserve.

Every rescue has a story. Every adoption creates a new beginning. And every volunteer, donor, and supporter helps make those stories possible.
